This week FAND presented its premiere interactive networking Soiree to celebrate its members, local businesses, and community groups who so generously partner with the Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. All had fun savoring the most delectable dishes, created by a diverse group of South Florida’s all-star chefs, paired with a variety of wines selected to complement and enhance this gourmet experience while wrapping up the evening with decadent desserts and impressive prizes!
Allied hosted the event at our newest Design Center located in the Downtown Culinary Arts District of Oakland Park. Special guests included Celebrity Chef Ingrid Hoffmann, and Meet and Greet Book Signing of her Simply Delicioso Cookbook, The Naked Bite by Amber Antonelli: Chef Heather Valdes teaming up with Wondergrain, Chef Marc Gruverman of The Capital Grille (Fort Lauderdale), Chef Ryan Martin of 180 Degrees at the DRB, Chef Gem Lobo of Where to Eat TV show, Chef Rey De La Osa of Publix, Publix Apron’s Cooking Demo’s, and John Hall, the Culinary Development Director/ Culinary Chef for Heartland Food Products Group.
