Allied Kitchen & Bath is seeking to add a Customer Service Representative to support our Decorative Hardware & Plumbing Sales Team. The selected candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail. An outgoing personality with the ability to interact with customers and vendors both on the phone and in person is essential. Applicants who support a team concept will flourish and grow within our company. Reliability is a must!


  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience with RMA’s and or Warranty Claims a plus
  • QuickBooks experience very helpful
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage time


  • Working with customer and vendors regarding returns (RGAs / Warranty Exchanges
  • Collaborating with vendors/manufacturers to obtain Return Merchandise Authorizations
  • Resolving difficult issues related to missing, lost, or damaged product with our vendors/manufacturers
  • Negotiating with vendor/manufacturers regarding on-call tags and waiving restocking fees
  • Assist with tracking Purchase Orders as needed

Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
