Fort Lauderdale, FL (November 7, 2019) –For over 20 years, ALLIED has been a huge supporter and advocate for Habitat for Humanity, and Allied Owner and President, Bill Feinberg, has served as the Chairman and president of the board of Habitat Broward as well.

Over time Allied has donated massive amounts of quality materials from their projects such as cabinetry and appliances for the Habitat projects. Bill, along with his brothers Joe, Robert and David, along with the Allied team of dedicated employees have participated in several housing builds over the years and cherished the opportunities to change many lives through their efforts by providing a beautiful and safe place to live.

Over one hundred and eighty guests attended the reception which honored five remarkable partners of Habitat Broward. Award recipients included the City of Pompano Beach (Community Reinvestment Spirit of Humanity Award), Stiles Corporation (Workforce Housing Spirit of Humanity Award), The Frederick A. DeLuca Foundation (Spirit of Humanity Award), Bob Leider presented posthumously (Soul of Humanity Award) and Bill Feinberg (Heart of Humanity Award). The co-chairs for the event were Kim Bentley of JM Family Enterprises and Kelly Koenig of City Furniture.

“It has been an honor and absolute pleasure to serve the residents of Broward County through our efforts with the amazing organization that is Habitat for Humanity. Over the years the staff and board of directors have become like family to us and that’s what Allied is all about, bringing our family together to create positive change in our community.”– Bill Feinberg, Owner and President of Allied Kitchen & Bath

Paying it Forward has been a longtime theme for Bill Feinberg and Allied. In 2008, Allied Kitchen & Bath expanded and specifically designed their new showroom to be a fun and elaborate event space as well with spacious ceilings and a dramatic central staircase connecting the two floors through a wide-open foyer space. They started generously hosting multiple events through mutual collaborations with non-profit organizations that inspired them and proceeded to raise millions of dollars creating a successful business model that many have aspired to over the years.
